Terms of Service

These terms govern all work carried out by LV81 Removals ("we", "us"), 11 St Paul's Square, Birmingham B3 1RB, for the customer ("you"). By booking a job with us — by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our website — you accept these terms.

1. Services

We provide rubbish removal, house clearance, man & van and related removal services across Birmingham and the West Midlands. We are a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency (licence no. [WASTE_CARRIER_LICENCE_NUMBER]) and dispose of all waste at licensed facilities.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. Fixed quotes given on-site before we start work are final. If the actual volume, weight or item mix differs materially from what was described, we may adjust the price on-site and you may accept or cancel with no charge.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion by cash, card or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked slot. Later cancellations may incur a small call-out fee to cover the time held for you.

5. Items we cannot take

We are unable to remove hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste, gas bottles, tyres in bulk, etc.). Please let us know in advance if any such items are on-site.

6. Access and property

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the collection point and for confirming that items to be taken are yours to dispose of. Our team takes reasonable care but is not liable for wear-and-tear damage caused by moving pre-existing damaged or fragile items you have asked us to move.

7. Waste transfer

A waste transfer note is available on request for every collection, as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and our Environment Agency registration.

8. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability and goods in transit. Our maximum liability for any single job is limited to the value of that job, save for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
